With over 22 years of experience under his belt, he often acts in a wide variety of high value and complex corporate and commercial disputes. He has acted for public listed companies, multinational corporations, private companies and wealthy private individuals in disputes exceeding hundreds of millions in value.

His ability to strategise and think from all angles has also seen him in acting in several large civil and commercial fraud disputes including cross-border transfer and recovery of assets.

He has also been briefed to act as counsel in the superior courts of Malaysia.

Selected Experience:

. Acted as lead counsel for one of the largest architectural firms in Malaysia to resist a RM50 million conspiracy  and breach of contract claim

. Acted as lead counsel for a joint liquidator in a post winding-up dispute as to the realisation of properties worth in excess of RM30 million
